Scheduling
Publik Speakr uses an app integration with Calendly. Each speakr receives an invite to our Calendly Teams Account. All scheduling is done through Calendly.
Rebooking
What if someone would like to book another session? That's great! This means they found great value in their time with a speakr. Simply have them go back to the event page to schedule another appointment.
Cost For Speakers
There is a setup fee that is charged to each speaker. We charge a $12.50 a month fee, billed annually. There is no cost to the event company.

Video Conferencing
PublikSpeakr uses an app integration with Zoom. On the day of the One-on-One Video Session, the Speakr simply logs into their Calendly appointment to access their Zoom meeting.
Adding More Time To A Session
Unfortunately, there is no way to "add more time" to a session. It is up to the speakr to maintain the time limitations and stick to the schedule.
Revenue Attribution
Who gets paid if a speaker speaks at multiple events? The 10% rev share, is basically a referral "thank you" for introducing and on-boarding a speaker. Publik Speakr rewards the event, or organization that onboards that speaker. So, if you onboard a speaker, and they go on to speak at other events, you would get the 10%. The other event would not receive any portion of the speakers session fees.
In-house Team Members
What if we would like to create profiles for ourselves and our team members? Simply create your event page. Then invite your team to join. Each team member would need to pay the annual membership fee. Then your team would be added to your event page.
